Eddie came out to fix another plumbing company’s mess. He was knowledgeable, quick, efficient, professional & fair priced. I’ll never use another company again.
I sent a request for quote to fix my garbage disposal at 5:48 am on a Saturday and Eddie responded by 5:55 am with not one, but two quotes: one for unjamming and another for replacement. By 11:10 the same day (Saturday!) he’d fixed the jammed disposal, checked for leaks and taught me how to unjam it myself for next time. Eddie was friendly, professional and brought down the price since it didn’t take much time. I think about how easy it might have been to up-sell me on a new garbage disposal or inflate the quote, but what I got instead was honestly, thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks to Eddie, I’m no longer having to stick my hand down the sink on a regular basis.
Super service and experience from start to finish. My aging clay sewer main was repeatedly clogged by tree roots and starting to disintegrate. Rather than trenching and replacing the 100′ problem section, I wanted a trenchless repair in which an epoxy-infused felt sleeve is inserted into the existing line (this type of repair requires the pipe to be in sufficiently good shape to contain and “form” the sleeve; it can’t be done on a pipe that has collapsed). This is a fairly sophisticated technology and requires expertise and experience to use successful
Eddie promptly replied to my request for an estimate, came over to assess the job the next day, and gave me a clear and detailed explanation of my options and the trenchless repair technique. His quoted price beat the several other plumbers who bid by a substantial margin, and his ability to explain the pros and cons of different repair options was also superior. He’s also a tremendously nice and friendly guy, as are those he works with, which is a big plus.
The work was completed within three days and our plumbing was only interrupted for a few hours while the epoxy sleeve cured and hardened. The repair worked beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with the process and the result.

Our water heater went out one evening so we gave Dedicated a phone call. Eddie promptly responded and gave us some options and a timeline that worked best for me. They showed up right when he said and was able to quickly replace the water heater. They worked clean and fast and were very reasonably priced for the immediate response and service repair that was needed. They even helped put a couple of things back in the garage for me.

I had an outdoor water leak (appeared to be a broken pipe underground) and my front yard was flooding. With help from neighbors I Was able to shut off main water valve. Called Dedicated Plumbing and Eddie was a lifesaver. He came quickly,, turned the water back on long enough to locate leak, started digging and siphoning and was able to fix the problem. He was so friendly, hard working and committed. I will definitely keep his business card and use again for future Plumbing needs and also highly recommend him to others.
If you need professional plumbing service Eddie is a Master. He and is crew were efficient and organized. Rhey replaced my entire plumbing 5 rooms to cooper within 48 hours. After 2 slab leaks in a year, i decided to have my whole house repiped. I spoke to several plumbers but went with Eddie at Dedicated Plumbing. I felt the advice and price given to me were honest and reliable. The work included cutting drywall. Dedicated Plumbing were fast, clean and reliable. Since using Dedicated at my personal residence, they have also completed several real estate projects for me.
As a Woman sometimes I’m nervous to call companies when I need work done to my house. I called a few places and I decided to go with Dedicated Plumbing and I am so incredibly glad I did! Mr. Eddie was Knowledgeable, Helpful and Honest. He understood that my concern for quality service was important. The Pricing was very honest and affordable. Great response time and service. Eddie (Owner and Founder) is professional and knowledgeable. He has done several jobs for the University and has always come with a quick solution. Eddie makes sure that he leaves the area clean when leaving. He sends images and video for updates which is very helpful as we cover 19 acres of property and cannot be with him throughout any repair. I would highly recommend Dedicated Plumbing.
Just bought a house & ‘mystery’ plumbing problems started arising. Eddie came to give me an estimate on one thing & ended up helping with another. He & his crew spent several hours going through the piping to diagnose the problems. They then worked long to get everything repaired, replaced & flowing. He & his crew (Shannon & Adam) were a pleasure to have in my home – very clean & polite. I appreciated the prompt response & reasonable pricing for the work done. I would highly recommend them for plumbing work!
Eddie was a pleasure to work with and a real lifesaver. Eddie responded to my messages very quickly and late at night. Showed up first thing in the morning and resolved my drain issues. If you need a good loyal plumber, Dedicated Plumbing is the way to go! I have used Eddie on several of my properties with outstanding success! They are honest when it comes to pricing nor do they get in the middle of a job and tell you a new higher price. When they give you an estimate, they stick to it, This is why we continue to use them! They have installed water heaters, cleaned out main lines, replaced piping that no longer had hot water coming out, repiped one of my homes and even installed a 100 foot new drain that had been over taken by tree roots! Our property owners rely on us to maintain them and we rely on Dedicated Plumbing to handle our plumbing issues! We are a property management and maintenance business and I can guarantee that we will call Dedicated Plumbing again! They are our “Go To” Plumbers!

Eddie came thru on Sunday and helped me fix my shower valve for a very fair price, down to earth and easy to talk to. We got the job done in a couple hours and again very fairly priced didmt stick it to me bc it was Sunday. Ima call them again if I have any issues good company knowledgable plumbers.

Dedicated is an understatement. On Super Bowl Sunday my water heater decided to take a dump. I felt overwhelmed and wasn’t sure who I should call but remembered a friend made a recommendation for a plumber named Eddie Maldonado. I knew I needed a good plumber who I could trust. So I crossed my fingers that he would be willing to help me out on not only a Sunday but a rainy “Super Bowl Sunday”. Thankfully he answered and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was there working hard in the pouring rain. His knowledge, professionalism and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done is a true reflection of his business motto. Very professional service and highly recommended! Eddie and his crew showed up on time, were organized and highly efficient. Taking the time to explain my options, he provided an estimate at a reasonable price. I decided to have Dedicated Plumbing, re-pipe my entire home. What stood out about this company is the pride they take in their work, and with Eddie it felt as if he was putting in the attention to detail that he would have placed in his own home. To find a company with such hard-working professionals, who are extremely knowledgeable and honest was a blessing. There is no other company I would call to handle anything plumbing related other than Dedicated Plumbing after such a positive experience.
I called Dedicated Plumbing after a budget plumber failed me. The budget plumber I had initially hired left the job unfinished and leaking. I spoke to Eddie for about 5 mins about the issue and in less than an hour he gave me a call back with an quick eta to show up at my home. Eddie is basically everything you would expect from an honest, knowledgeable, hard-working professional. He showed up within an hour, had top of the line equipment, spent two hours in the rain diagnosing my problem. Also, he gave me a very reasonable quote, and best of all, he honored that quote.

Had a relative give me Eddie’s number so I knew from the beginning he had to be trustworthy and I am so so glad I called him! He came quickly and fixed my problem right away, and his pricing was beyond reasonable. I hope he plans on staying in the business for a long time so I can continue to call him in the future if (God forbid) I have another issue.

We recently met Eddie through a real estate agent who was selling a relative’s home. We were impressed with his honesty, knowledge, and no-nonsense approach to his job. So, we gladly accepted his card when he offered it. And we were glad we did, as about three weeks later we were in need of a plumber for a backed-up kitchen sink. We gave him a call, and, even though it was pouring rain, he said he would come over and check it out. Within several minutes after arriving, he had figured out the problem and had it fixed! No snake for show, no drawn out pretend search. He came in, assessed the situation, and fixed it. He describes himself as a highly skilled, honest plumber with integrity. And he definitely is! We have no hesitation recommending him and Dedicated Plumbing.
